I’ve been away for a reason 
If you use one of the various offers of free blogging you probably bumped into one hosting issue. I’ve used Blogger for a long period of time and whenever I wanted to upload a picture or a video I was ‘forced’ to use one of the few choices: Picasa – Blogger’s default image host; Photobucket – third party image host or websites like Imageshack.
Picasa was ok till my account size limit reached 600Mb. Then I started to use Photobucket which was too strict regarding the uploaded material. As you can see I like the beautiful sex in its plain nudity, so Photobucket was not a good alternative. Any other free image hosting websites were just a waste of time, mine and user’s time. Too much free hosting linkage equals chaotic management of files. I like my stuff to be organized, also in ONE place.
Because of that my blog LOAD time started to increase like crazy, therefore I decided that it’s time to buy me self some good web hosting. That’s what I call evolution: from Snipped to Blog2Evo.
Now I never have to worry about my hosting.
But, to keep that only for me it’s kind of selfish. Thus in the past week I put together a FREE Image Hosting website called PHOTOUP. With this website not only that you can upload and share your favorite pictures, you can also upload and share files like zip, txt, png, gif, wbmp, xbm, xpm.
Pictures can be uploaded in 3 ways: Single file, Multiple files or by URLs. See below.
For all the images you can apply some enhancements like:
- make your image private
- create image border
- create thumbnail border
- watermark your pic
- flip your pic horizontally or vertically
- rotate your pic 90, 180 and 270 degrees

I put a filesize limit at 2Mb (per uploaded file) which I consider to be a decent size when almost web pictures have in average 600Kb at 1600×1200 px resolution.
