Babylon A.D. By CJ 22 October 2008 at 4:28 pm and have

Have you seen it?

I did!

The main reason I watch Babylon A.D. was the numerous comments of how bad this movie was and that this is Vin Diesel’s worst movie…

First of all this movie requires a certain level of understanding to actually comprehend the plot.

Second. It is clear that it was BAD edited. Major parts of the movie don’t add up because of the cutting, thus this might be difficult to understand for most people.

Third. As a result of the second argument, a huge amount of opinions flooded the net sharing the immense stupidity of a fucked up individual who calls himself a great fan of Vin Diesel and, disappointed by the fact that he didn’t know that the autograph from his mailed magazine was real or fake, considered Babylon A.D. his ‘epic’ chance of revenge.

I’m intrigued by the fact that even IMDB didn’t care too much for this movie either.

Just a small observation: If you read the Plot you’ll see the name Thoorop for the main character and if you scroll down a bit, in the Cast area you’ll see that the name Toorop was used for the same character. So, with the “H” or not?

You see, that’s THE MAIN REASON I don’t trust anyone’s opinion! Because they’re all influenced by others opinion. In this case - some internet movie database who doesn’t give a shit what registered users write in their reviews. They got their e-mail addresses (a.k.a. The List). So why bother to moderate?

You probably know that, and I assure you that I also knew that. BUT I’m tired of motherfuckers with their bought influence dictating what should we eat, drink, smell, wear, watch etc… in both virtual and real life.

IMDB gave the movie 5.3/10 stars.

I give Babylon A.D. 7.6/10 stars. And that’s for the bad editing (cuts). Especially for the scenes from the end of the movie. Period.

Don’t be a ‘product’, Be yourself - a human being,

CJ
